synopsis

The world's selected elite survive the nuclear holocaust in safe Outposts built by the enigmatic Cooperative. Ms. Wilhemina Venable and Ms. Miriam Mead rule Outpost Three with an iron grip on the American West Coast. Their order is upended by the sudden appearance of Michael Langdon, a Cooperative agent aiming to redeem civilization by revealing a hidden paradise. The last fight between good and evil will take place on a battleground hidden under the surface of humanity's redemption.
