synopsis

American actors Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, who are of Canadian ancestry, have expressed a desire to acquire Wrexham AFC, the third-oldest professional football team in the world. Wrexham AFC was founded in 1864. And how well this team ran things when they were in control. It wasn't known if the two had ever been in charge of a sports team, though. The couple's goals for the team and the Wrexham neighborhood will also be highlighted in the series. Wrexham improved both before and after the takeover in the National League standings.
