synopsis

Drug Lord Kuba is extradited, and Piper—who is in solitary because he fought with Tiffany—is transferred without telling anybody where he will testify while awaiting trial. She reconciles with Alex, who is also waiting for the trial in Chicago, and he permits Piper to claim that she never knew Kuba. When it comes to the trial, the two men say the exact opposite of what Piper believes to be true. There is a dramatic scene in which Alex is released from prison after testifying against Kuba, and Piper hears him claim he does not remember Kuba before being returned to Litchfield Prison.
