When Robert Lewis of the Attorney General's Office gathers new information against Danny in a self-defense shooting by a serial murderer, Danny's life is rocked. All allegations against Danny were eventually dropped. Additionally, Congressman Russ Anderson was involved in an automobile accident when Jamie and Eddie were called to the scene. Anderson's blood alcohol level was far higher than the legal limit. His coworkers insisted Anderson was behind the wheel, but Jamie got DNA evidence from the airbag at the moment of the collision, and police detained him while Anderson was speaking at a political event.
