synopsis

Early one morning, Sophie is snatched from her orphanage by BFG (the Friendly Giant), whom she witnesses engaging in mysterious activities. She was quickly reassured when she learned that the BFG's job was to collect, edit and deliver good dreams to children. That night, she joins him, but a mean giant follows them and plans to eat the children of the world. The Queen assists Sophie in concocting a dream for the villainous giant, which she then uses with the help of the army to destroy.
