synopsis

Somewhere in Time is a 1980 romance drama time travel movie directed by Jeannot Szwarc and stars Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. College student Richard (Christopher Reeve) meets an old woman at his graduation ceremony, who presents him with a gold watch and offers to wait for his return. 8 years later, he becomes a famous screenwriter. In search of inspiration, he goes to a hotel for a holiday. In the historic room of the hotel, he is deeply attracted by a picture of the female star Elise (Jane Seymour) and recognizes her as the old lady who gave him the gold watch. The old woman had died the night she gave him the watch. And he passes the dream, returns to 70 years ago that time flows back, and discovers himself unexpectedly with this woman to have a paragraph of a beautiful love story again.
